The Classes
Five practices.
Two temperatures.
Three classes run heated, two at ambient temperature — all of them inside the pod, all levels, first-timers most welcome of all.

Hot Yoga
A flowing vinyasa-style practice inside the warmth of the pod. Strong enough to challenge you, warm enough to soften you — every class works the whole body and ends in stillness.
You will sweat, you will breathe deeper than you have all week, and you will sleep like a stone. All levels, first-timers included — the low light means nobody is watching.

Hot Mat Pilates
Classical mat pilates rebuilt for the pod: slow, precise, core-first movement with the heat working into your muscles as you do.
Expect control over speed and depth over reps. You leave taller — posture reset, core awake, shoulders somewhere lower than your ears.

60 min · Heated
HIIT & Flow
Bodyweight intervals braided with yoga flow inside the heat — work hard, then move soft, in rounds. The most demanding hour on the timetable, and the most requested by people who "don't do yoga."
You finish wrung out and wide awake at the same time. If you want the sweat without the spiritual paperwork, start here.

45 min · Ambient
Meditation
Forty-five guided minutes of breath and stillness in the quiet of the pod — at ambient temperature, no heat. No poses to hold, nothing to get right.
The nervous system version of a deep exhale. People arrive wired and leave quiet. Perfect after work, before hard conversations, or whenever the week gets loud.

60 min · Ambient
Sound Healing
You lie down, get comfortable, and rest inside layers of sound — singing bowls, gentle percussion, long resonant tones filling the pod around you. Ambient temperature, full hour.
Somewhere between deep rest and a waking dream. The single most requested class for a reason: an hour of doing absolutely nothing, done properly.
