A gentle 37°C — body temperature. Warm enough to loosen muscle, deepen the stretch and get you properly sweating. A warm cocoon, not a sauna.
The light
Kept low, always. No mirrors, no spotlights, nobody watching. The dark is where the self-consciousness goes to die.
The sound
Every class is scored — soundscapes and low frequencies that carry the practice and hold the room together.
The quiet
The pod seals the city out. Sixty minutes without traffic, notifications or anyone needing anything from you.

Our Story
Movement has always
been my medicine.
I grew up playing sport — running, competing, training, constantly in motion. Movement was how I expressed myself, challenged myself and made sense of the world around me. It wasn't just exercise, it was where I felt most alive.
For years I believed movement was measured by speed, strength, endurance and performance. The faster I ran, the harder I trained, the stronger I became, the better I felt. It became an addiction.
Then I discovered yoga.
For the first time, I experienced movement in a completely different way. I realised that not all movement is visible. There is movement in a steady breath, in a racing mind and in a simple heartbeat. There is strength in stillness, discipline in presence and power in simply learning to listen.
Yoga taught me that wellbeing is not only about what the body can do, but actually about how deeply connected we are to ourselves. It showed me that the mind deserves the same care and attention as the body. That one hour of intentional movement and stillness often gave me more clarity than any other exercise did.
The Pod was born from that feeling. A space designed to help step away from the noise, reconnect with ourselves and experience movement not as something you have to do — but as something that supports how you live, how you feel and how you show up in this one life that you have.
A place where you can arrive carrying everything — and leave feeling lighter.
