First Time?

Come as you are.
Really.

Everyone in the pod had a first class once. Here's everything they wish they'd known — and the honest answer to 'will I be OK?' (Yes.)

How it works

  1. 01

    Book your mat

Pick a class on the schedule and reserve — over WhatsApp for now, online soon. First-timers: any class works, but Hot Yoga is the classic way in.

  2. 02

    Arrive fifteen early

We'll show you the studio, the showers and the pod, and get you settled on your mat before the door closes at class start.

  3. 03

    Travel light

Mats, towels and water are provided. Come in light kit you can move in — and bring a change of clothes; you will have earned it.

  4. 04

    Step in. Leave lighter.

Sixty minutes later the city is still there — but quieter. Coffee is on us while you land.

What to bring

Just yourself,
honestly.

  • Light kit you can move and sweat in
  • A change of clothes for after
  • A water bottle if you have a favourite — we provide water regardless
  • Nothing else — mats and towels are ours to give
A rolled mat, folded towel and water bottle in a pool of warm light

The questions everyone asks

Good questions.
Straight answers.

I've never done hot yoga. Will I be OK?

You will be absolutely fine. Classes are built for all levels, the instructor offers options for every pose, and the pod's low light means nobody is watching anybody. Go at your pace, rest whenever you like — lying down is always allowed.

How hot is it, exactly?

Heated classes (Hot Yoga, Hot Mat Pilates, HIIT & Flow) run in a gentle warmth — enough to loosen muscles and get you sweating, nowhere near the extremes of traditional hot yoga. Meditation and Sound Healing run at ambient temperature: no heat at all.

What should I wear?

Light, breathable kit you can move in — leggings or shorts and a vest or sports top. You will sweat, so bring a change of clothes if you have plans after.

Do I need to bring a mat?

No — mats, towels and drinking water are all provided. Just bring yourself.

Are there showers?

Yes — showers and changing rooms are on site, with towels provided.

I'm pregnant. Can I practice?

Heated classes are not recommended during pregnancy. Breathwork & Meditation and Sound Healing are wonderful alternatives — message us and we will guide you to the right class.

How early should I arrive?

Fifteen minutes before your first class, so we can show you around and settle you into the pod. Ten minutes is plenty once you are a regular. Doors close at class start.

How do I pay?

M-Pesa or card, in studio or when you book. Class passes and memberships can be arranged over WhatsApp until online checkout launches.
